We carry a wide range of vinyl records—new releases, used and vintage albums, rare collectibles, and reissues. You’ll also find CDs, cassettes, and music-inspired merchandise.


2. Do you buy records from customers?

Yes! We’re always looking for quality vinyl. You can fill out our online form, email details to info@wrongwayrecords.com, or bring your collection to the store.


3. How do you grade the condition of used vinyl?

We follow the standard Goldmine Grading Scale, using categories like Mint, Near Mint, VG+, VG, and Good. Every used record is carefully inspected and described.


4. Can I return or exchange an item?

New vinyl and merchandise can be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition. Used vinyl is sold as-is, unless misgraded or defective. See our [Return Policy] for details.


5. Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we ship across Canada and internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.


6. Can I pre-order new releases?

Absolutely! We list upcoming releases on our site and accept pre-orders to guarantee your copy on release day.
