RETURN POLICY

At Wrong Way Records, we want every customer to enjoy their purchase with confidence. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind or vintage, our return guidelines vary by product:


New Vinyl & Merchandise

Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Used & Collectible Vinyl

All used records are sold as-is. We carefully grade and describe condition so you know what to expect. Returns are only accepted if the item is significantly misgraded or defective.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us at info@wrongwayrecords.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.


In-Store Purchases

Store credit or exchange may be offered at the manager’s discretion.
