After "Ride the Lightning" struck the charts in ’84 and "Master of Puppets" sent Metallica soaring to the top of the heavy-metal heap, Megaforce reissued the band’s 1983 debut LP "Kill ’Em All," which hit the charts in April of ’86. This is nothing short of thrash-metal ground zero, right from track one, the blazing-fast "Hit the Lights," which gives way to the galloping "The Four Horsemen," the hard-charging "Motorbreath," the early fan favorites "Jump in the Fire," "Seek and Destroy," "(Anesthesia) Pulling Teeth" and more.
